Smoked Salmon
ships frozen. Each portion varies in weight from approximately 5 oz to 1
pound. They are individually packed in clear vacuum-pack bags. Upon
completion of order, you'll be asked which varieties you'd like and if
you have a preference on the size of portions. PLEASE NOTE: You are not
locked into only ONE variety. Quantities are limited, but we do our best
to accommodate all requests.

Due to
an abnormally poor harvest, we have sold out of most of our inventory,
much earlier than we hoped to. We are now taking preorders for the
upcoming season.

Our upcoming season begins July
10th. We will be catching salmon, and shipping it just days after its
harvested.
A limited supply of salmon is expected at harvest time. Orders will be
filled on a first-come-first-serve bases.
Preorders will be held with a $25.00 deposit. The deposit will be
deducted from the current list price of your order, and the remaining
balance will be due prior to shipment. All canceled orders forgo the
deposit. If, by chance, we are unable to fill your order, your deposit
will be refunded.
Please select the product(s) you'd like to order, and continue to the
shopping cart to finalize the preorder. Each item is available with a
$25.00 deposit.
Preorders will receive email conformation initially, which will
outline the delivery process. Salmon will not ship without
establishing a good delivery date. Delivery of pre-orders will be
available, after salmon is harvested, in July and August.

custom order. Now is the perfect time to request what kind of salmon
you'd like, how you'd like it filleted, and how much you'd like to put
up for the winter.
